A delicious and healthy Mason Jar Greek Salad that is perfect for picnics and easy to transport.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by preparing all the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Layer the salad in mason jars, starting with the dressing at the bottom, followed by the heavier ingredients, and finishing with the lighter ingredients on top.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Use a variety of colorful vegetables for a more visually appealing salad.
- Feel free to add grilled chicken or chickpeas for extra protein.
