- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the corn kernels, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
