Description

A delicious and vibrant Mexican Street Corn Salad, also known as Elote in a Bowl, featuring sweet corn, creamy dressing, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
