- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- For added flavor, consider adding fruit toppings or chocolate drizzle.
