- 8 ounces of brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place the pastry squares into a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each pastry with a piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve warm.
