Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup cooked meat (bacon, ham, or sausage) – optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. Place the pie crust circles into the muffin tin.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  5. Add the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using) to the egg mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crusts, filling them about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
