Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cooked meat (bacon, ham, or sausage) – optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
- Place the pie crust circles into the muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked meat (if using) to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crusts, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings based on your preferences.
- These mini quiches can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
