Description

Delicious mini taco cups made with wonton wrappers, perfect for appetizers or party snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
  4. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned.
  5. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  6. Fill each wonton cup with the meat mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wontons are golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions before serving.
