- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Fill each wonton cup with the meat mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wontons are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions before serving.

- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
