Description

A delicious and refreshing vegan dessert made with mint and chocolate chips, perfect for a hot day.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, coconut milk, and peppermint extract.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mint leaves, and pulse a few times to mix.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for another 1-2 hours before serving.

  • For a sweeter nice cream, add a tablespoon of maple syrup.
  • Make sure to use dairy-free chocolate chips for a fully vegan dessert.
