Description

A quick and delicious recipe for Miso Glazed Salmon Bowls that can be prepared in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the miso mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  7. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, and sliced avocado.
  8. Top with the baked salmon, sesame seeds, and green onions.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of sriracha to the miso glaze.
  • Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
  • This recipe can be made with other types of fish as well.
