Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the berry mixture onto the center of the pie crust, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the berries, pleating as necessary.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, then brush the mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
