- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a sweeter bread, you can add more sugar.
- Make sure to chop the cranberries to distribute them evenly in the batter.
- This bread can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
