Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of a banana split in a cake form, perfect for BBQs and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and spread the mixture over the crust.
  5. Layer the sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and nuts if desired.
