Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin or silicone molds.
  6. Fill each mold with the cheesecake mixture, smoothing the top.
  7. Top with mixed berries.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
