Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Fill each mold with the cheesecake mixture, smoothing the top.

- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
