Description

A delicious and elegant no-bake chocolate raspberry tart that is perfect for Mother’s Day or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  4. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with fresh raspberries and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
