- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup.
- Add the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mix well.
- Stir in the chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips if using.
- Once the mixture is well combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
