No-Bake Key Lime Pie Cups are a refreshing and easy dessert perfect for Labor Day celebrations. These individual servings are creamy, tangy, and require no baking, making them a delightful treat for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the key lime filling over the crust in each cup.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
