- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice

- Whipped cream for topping
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the key lime filling over the crust in each cup.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
Notes
- For a stronger lime flavor, add more key lime juice to the filling.
- These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
