Description

A delightful and refreshing dessert that combines the tangy flavor of lemon with a creamy cheesecake filling, all served in individual cups for convenience.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  5. In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom, followed by the lemon cheesecake filling.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with the cheesecake layer on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.
