Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of lemon pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lemon pudding mix with milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  3. In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
