- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of lemon pudding mix
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon pudding mix with milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the lemon pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest.
- Can be topped with additional whipped cream or lemon slices before serving.
