Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake that is sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies.

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
