Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring a creamy peach cheesecake filling on a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
