Description

No-Bake S’mores Bars are a delicious and easy treat that captures the classic campfire flavor without the need for a fire. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows and press down gently.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
