- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add melted butter and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the base.
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together, then pour over the crust.
- Spread mini marshmallows on top and toast them using a kitchen torch.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
