Description

Delicious no-bake s’mores bars topped with toasted marshmallows, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and stir until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the base.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together, then pour over the crust.
  5. Spread mini marshmallows on top and toast them using a kitchen torch.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
