No-Bake Strawberry Pretzel Salad Cups are a delightful sweet-salty dessert perfect for potlucks, combining the crunch of pretzels with creamy layers and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sliced strawberries.
  7. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
  8. Once set, cut into cups and serve chilled.
