- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sliced strawberries.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
- Once set, cut into cups and serve chilled.
