Description

A simple and delicious no-churn ice cream recipe featuring five different flavors that can be made without an ice cream machine.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Flavorings (e.g., chocolate syrup, fruit puree, cookie crumbs, etc.) for each flavor

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Divide the mixture into separate bowls for each flavor.
  5. Add your desired flavorings to each bowl and mix well.
  6. Transfer the flavored mixtures into a loaf pan or airtight container.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
