Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring lemon garlic chicken and asparagus, perfect for Easter dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Arrange the asparagus around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the asparagus.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
