Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, onion, carrots, and potatoes.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir and serve hot.
