- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, onion, carrots, and potatoes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir and serve hot.
