A delicious and indulgent Oreo Ice Cream Cake that is perfect for celebrating birthdays and special occasions.

- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart of chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Additional Oreo cookies for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Next, spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Decorate with additional Oreo cookies on top.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For a more intense Oreo flavor, you can add crushed Oreos into the ice cream layers.
- Make sure the ice cream is softened for easier spreading.
- This cake can be made a day in advance and stored in the freezer.
