- 1 loaf of French bread, cubed
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed French bread in the dish and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the casserole for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added sweetness, serve with extra maple syrup.
- Can be made with frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
