Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
