Description

A delicious flatbread topped with BBQ chicken, fresh peaches, red onions, and melted mozzarella cheese, perfect for a summer meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Top with sliced peaches and red onions.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
