- 3–4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4–6 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Put the pork shoulder on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, mix the peach preserves and BBQ sauce, then pour over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve on hamburger buns.

- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Leftovers can be frozen for up to 3 months.
