Description

Peach BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches are a delicious and effortless make-ahead meal, perfect for gatherings or busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 34 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 46 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Put the pork shoulder on top of the onions.
  4. In a bowl, mix the peach preserves and BBQ sauce, then pour over the pork.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
  6. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
  7. Serve on hamburger buns.
