Description

A refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect for brunch, made with ripe peaches and sparkling wine.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco or sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and strain the mixture to remove any pulp.
  3. Pour the peach puree into a champagne flute, filling it about one-third full.
  4. Slowly top with Prosecco or sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with a slice of peach if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling water for Prosecco.
  • Make the peach puree ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on the ripeness of the peaches.
