Description
A refreshing and fruity cocktail perfect for brunch, made with ripe peaches and sparkling wine.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bottle of Prosecco or sparkling wine
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and strain the mixture to remove any pulp.
- Pour the peach puree into a champagne flute, filling it about one-third full.
- Slowly top with Prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a slice of peach if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling water for Prosecco.
- Make the peach puree ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on the ripeness of the peaches.
