- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned peaches, drained and chopped

- 4 large pita breads
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for pita chips)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped peaches and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the pita chips.
- Cut pita breads into triangles and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pita triangles.
- Bake the pita chips at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve the peach cobbler cheesecake dip with the warm cinnamon sugar pita chips.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Fresh peaches can be used instead of canned for a fresher taste.
