Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced peaches and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
- Carefully fold in the peach mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
