Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, creamy peanut butter filling, and a rich chocolate topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add milk and vanilla pudding mix, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  9. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top layer of graham crackers.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure to let the cake chill for the best texture.
