- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the turkey breast.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season the turkey breast generously with the spice mixture.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
