- 1 whole butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
