Description
Pizza Quesadilla Triangles are a quick and delicious snack perfect for lunchboxes, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives on top of the cheese.
- Spread the remaining pizza sauce and cheese on the second tortilla and place it on top.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting into triangles.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite pizza toppings.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick snack.
