Description

Pizza Quesadilla Triangles are a quick and delicious snack perfect for lunchboxes, ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the pizza sauce on top.
  3. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives on top of the cheese.
  5. Spread the remaining pizza sauce and cheese on the second tortilla and place it on top.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  7. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting into triangles.

  • Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
