Ingredients

  • 1 cup of hummus
  • 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of olives, sliced
  • Rainbow sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Start by laying out the slices of multicolored bread on a clean surface.
