Description

A delicious and satisfying protein ice cream recipe that combines taste and nutrition.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and a vegan protein powder.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
