Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
