Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill the doughnut pan with the batter, about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
