Description

Raspberry Lemonade Cheesecake Lush is a refreshing no-bake dessert that combines the tangy flavors of raspberry and lemon with a creamy cheesecake layer, perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
