A delicious and festive no-bake cheesecake perfect for celebrating the 4th of July with a patriotic flair.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Red and blue food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one bowl plain, add red food coloring to the second, and blue food coloring to the third.
- Spread the plain mixture over the crust, followed by the red mixture, and then the blue mixture, smoothing each layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with fresh strawberries and blueberries before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to use other berries for decoration.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
