- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 pound raspberries
- 1 pound angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large trifle dish, layer half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of half of the vanilla pudding over the cake.
- Layer half of the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the pudding.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional berries if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
