Description

A delicious reverse-sear ribeye steak topped with garlic herb butter, perfect for grilling enthusiasts.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1.5 inches thick)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to a low temperature (around 250°F).
  2. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 120°F for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Increase the grill temperature to high.
  6. While the grill is heating, prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing the butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl.
  7. Once the grill is hot, sear the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side until a crust forms.
  8. Remove the steaks from the grill and top with garlic herb butter before serving.
