- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, spices, and salt.
- Add the eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top before serving.

- For a homemade pie crust, use your favorite recipe or store-bought dough.
- Make sure to let the pie cool completely before adding the caramel sauce.
- This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
