- 1 cup beer

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beer, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Add bratwurst to the skillet and brown on all sides.
- Pour the beer and honey mixture over the bratwurst.
