- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until well combined.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
- Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for a few minutes.
- Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the eggs and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
