Description

Delicious and easy-to-make sheet-pan BBQ meatballs perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
  • Additional BBQ sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Add mixed vegetables around the meatballs.
  6. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over the meatballs and vegetables.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
