Delicious and easy-to-make sheet-pan BBQ meatballs perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
- Additional BBQ sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Add mixed vegetables around the meatballs.
- Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over the meatballs and vegetables.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for different flavor profiles.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
